Below is the list of foodstuff items we share 

*Operational Plan for Essentialsby_rv:*

*Frequency of Food Sharing:*

1. *Mile 12 Market and Oyingbo*: We will visit these markets every week to source fresh food items.

2. *Cow Meat Sharing*: Cow meat sharing will occur twice monthly, specifically in the 2nd week and at the end of the month.

3. *Seafood Market*: Seafood sharing will take place twice weekly.

4. *Goat Meat*: Goat meat will be available for sharing thrice weekly.

5. *Fish and Frozen Food*: Sharing will occur once every week or as per customer requests and demand.

6. *Fruits Sharing*: Seasonal fruits will be added to our shopping list as they become available.

7. *Other Items*: Items like vegetable oil, palm oil, rice, garri, etc., will be added to the list based on customer requests.

*Ordering and Payment Process:*

- *Weekly Sharing*: 
  Prices of food items will be posted on Sunday night.
  The cutoff for placing orders and making payments will be on Wednesday.
  - Deliveries will commence on Friday and continue through Saturday.

- *Monthly Sharing*:
  - Food items for monthly sharing will be posted from the 21st of the month.
  - Bookings and payments will be accepted until the 27th to allow us time to shop and make deliveries on time.

*Communication and Support:*

The group will be open to attend to questions and inquiries from members.
After the order and payment cutoff, the group will be temporarily closed to prevent spam messages.
