Notice:  Freelancing Hub🧑🏻‍💻 Group Rules and Regulations

Dear Freelancers,

I hope you all are doing well!

We seek to protect the integrity, professionalism and efficiency of this freelancing group by creating constitutions and rules that are binding to freelancers. These rules are fundamental for us to be able to deliver well to the customers, to appreciate the value of other people’s time, and to provide order and constructive environment to everyone.

First, here are points you are requested to consider:

1 Responding to Recruiters: Quick communication with the client or recruiter A person waits on the line and does not interact with the project until responding nicely and pleasantly to the client. If the project is outside of the range, thanks but don’t engage.

2 Relevancy with work: Make sure to post only relevant job requests or replies for the employer in the group chat and paef notex (PM only if consent is obtained).

3 Avoid Repetition: Use Albion or Caption; Duke Hoose Repeats these two lines and avoid saying the same things over and over again.

4 Sample Work Submission: All relevant samples and detailed information relating to your skills should be submitted when showcasing your portfolio.

5 Rudeness: All respectfully to any group members and courtesy.

6 Spam: Unrelated messages should not be posted in the group and promotions or advertising. Private opportunities should be messaged to clients.

7 Communication, Feedback and Payment: Overall payment or feedback should be argued in the private section and not the group.

8 Active Participation: Maintain constructive communication with the team
